Withing sleepmats not detecting in/out bed actions anymore in HP23

Yesterday i received my HP23, i restored a backup from my old homey.

Everything seems to be working execpt my sleeping mats from withing, they do not detect any in or out bed actions…
I repaired both mats/users but it seems not to be working…

Does anyone with HP23 have the same problem and/or is there a fix for it (what i did not found)?

Works fine for me, have you repaired the withing device in homey (i needed to log in again) and after that everything worked fine. I have noticed it seems to respond a bit slower than on the 2019, no clue why.

yes, repaired it serveral times already, stil no respond…

Same issue is also listed by an other user as comment in the appstore

Weird, you could try to remove the device and add it again, see if that helps (just hope it’s not on too many flows that you need to repair afterward).

Withings app version 8.1.1

I tried everything, not sure what i did but suddenly it started to work again.
Hopefully it is stable and keeps working…
