Wiser LK Dimmer Contacts

I recently bought a Homey Pro Mini to migrate all my Wiser lighting equipment from Wiser’s standard bridge since there is now an official Wiser App for Homey.

My current issue is that Flows do not seem to work as expected/work at all.

All my Wiser Dimmers are the same. There are 4 buttons in total. Two above and two below.

With my Wiser Gateway, I had the two at the top controlling the lights in the specific room. On/off/dim (by holding).

The two top buttons work as expected.

The two buttons below I would like to use for simple Flows to control lights in a hallway or similar. I can create the Flow and I can choose Button 3 or 4 as trickers but the Flow doesn’t activate when pushing the button. Flow works if activated through the Homey app.

What gives?

Have you created a very simple Flow (e.g. button press → push notification) to check if the Flow is triggered? If it is, then it’s an issue with your conditions or actions.

Thanks. I did that and they do trigger the flows.

I have had to adjust the actions of each button within the Dimmer itself. They must all be set to Dim.

After that, it is possible to create Flows using the different buttons. But reactions are very slow and unreliable. Much less responsive than with the Wiser Gateway.

It uses zigbee according to the app store, so most probably your Zigbee setup needs tuning;
there’s possible interference from 2.4GHz wifi signals (yours or your close neighbour’s), and you’ll need to mount the first few mains powered zigbee devices near Homey (a few meters max), as it’s signal range is short.
