If the ZigBee switch turns the power on and off, then Homey doesn’t need to know about the lights. However, if it is just a devices that tells Homey when it is on or off (with no actual power switching) then you will need an app for the lights as @smarthomesven says.

No, it isn’t supported. The light uses BLE which, unlike ZigBee, doesn’t have any generic protocols. All of them need a Homey app.
