Can Homey connect to bluetooth supported device without app?

I use this Micro matic device to turn on my pool pump/heater for specific hours each day: Ur MM7596 Astro Uke 2K BT

It supports bluetooth (with it’s own app), however no Homey app seems to exist.

Is it possible to pair the device with Homey without an app? I only need to turn on/off.

You can create a request for an app however, but chances are low imho
