I`m still quite new to Homey Pro. I have experience from 15 years ago as an automation engineer earlier building and programming larger systems, and work as an energy advisor today. So I have some knowledge of what I want, but not what products I should chose at home. I live in Norway, if that has any influence on the products I should select.
My house has a Nibe ground heat pump. I`m going to upgrade the electronics on it to integrate in Homey. I also have an old Devi/Danfoss Link-RS system today. Danfoss told me it could not be integrated in Homey and needed to be replaced. I have 4 rooms with room sensor and electric floor heating. I have 8 rooms with room sensor and radiators, with a total of 11 radiators.
I`m also installing a new Systemair VSR700 with cooling from the borhole for the heat pump, that is going to be integrated in the Homey Pro. My plan is to control speed and temperature on the ventilation system based on measurements from the rooms and outdoor temperature.
I aslo would like to be able to run cooling trough the radiator, dew point regulated, also with cooling for the borehole to the energywell.
To do this I need to replace my room control system.
I have different criterias that I would like for the different rooms for the sensors.
Living Room: Temp, Humidity, CO2, VOC
Dining Room: Temp, Humidity, CO2, VOC
Kitchen: Temp, VOC
WC: Temp, VOC
Bathroom: Temp, IR Temp floor surface, Humidity
3x Bedroom: Temp, CO2, VOC
Office: Temp, CO2, VOC, Radon
Basement Living Room: Temp, CO2, VOC, Radon
Hallway: Temp, Humidity
Preferable the room sensors that are not for floor heating run on batteries.
I also prefer display with readings and the possibility to locally adjust the temperature.
I also need radiator valves and relays for the floor heating.
Anyone have some good suggestion to what products I should buy to get this to work?
