What's the best way to group lights and dim them over time?

Hello fellow users. I currently have many advanced flows where I individually dim my (Hue and non-Hue) lights to a specific value over time. However, I would like to simplify these and have the lights as groups instead. Is there an app or built in functionality that allows me to tell a group of lights to dim to a temperature or value over time? I am open to a scripting option as well, if that’s the best way.
