Volvo On Call - Timeout

If I understand correctly, Volvo On Call only supports Volvo models manufactured in 2022 or later. I have a 2017 model that Volvo On Call works with, but… When a flow runs for the first time, it gets a timeout: “Request timeout after 10000ms”.

However, if I run the flow again immediately, it works. I’ve added a step to execute the flow card that fails once more right after the timeout, and then it works. Has anyone else experienced the same issue with timeouts and found another solution to the problem?

Yes, I checked that thread. I can’t find anything about the timeout issue. I read about the authentication problem, and I had that issue too until I removed the app and added it again, but now it seems the authentication problem has returned.

Anyway, the timeout issue only happens the first time a flow runs a card. If I run the same card again in the same flow, it works. The problem has been around for several months.
