Using Ikea dirigera as z-wave repeater if possible or any other tips?

Hi, I bought a Aeotec Water Sensor 7 Pro (Z-wave), but the device is out of the Homey Pro range.
Could I use the Ikea Dirigera as range extender? Or should I buy for example the Aeotec range extender 7?

What makes you think that the Ikea Dirigera Hub can be used as a range extender for the Aeotec Water Sensor?
The Ikea Dirigera Hub isn’t supported by Homey and it uses Zigbee as wireless protocol. So no, it will not work at all.

The Aeotec Range Extender 7 could be a possibility.

Please note that there is no guarantee that the Water Sensor will work respectively will connect to the Aeotec Range Extender 7 after installing it. There are a lot of different factors which can cause problems. So you have to trie it.

Update. Using ’ Aeotec Z-Wave Range Extender 7 Duo-Pack’ it worked. Both water sensors are connected to Homey without issue.
