Hi, I want to add my external shades to my homey bridge but it si not possible it says “The device has been added as an Unknown Zigbee device, because there currently is no compatible Homey app available. Can you help me please thank you

There is and will never be a guarantee, that devices will be added at all.
In the mentioned Welcome to the forum! post is described where to ask for the support of devices resp. apps.
However, it would generally be very helpful if you could provide the manufacturer and the model name of the Zigbee device. The more information you provide, the better we can help you in most cases.
