I have a Homey Pro (early 2019) that I want to replace with a Homey Pro mini. I follow the procedure exactly, but I cannot get the new Homey to start loading the backup:
I make a backup of the old Homey;
I turn off my old homey;
I connect the new Homey to a wired network and switch it on.
click on Add Homey in thje App;
The Homey always goes into the mode to create a new house.
I tried:
Factory reset;
Update via USB;
Factory reset via USB;
Running new update;
Run night update first;
The USB tool does not work well on the homey either. It always gets stuck in verification mode and never completes it no matter how long I wait.
I don’t know what else I can do to get the Homey in the restore backup.
