Hiall i have a e27rgb tradfri bulb but I’m unable to connect it to my homey. I have reset it dozen time now but still no luck. I don’t have any gateway and also don’t know the firmware of the bulb. My homey is running on 2.4.1

Try to pair it in the neighbourhood off Homey. So first remove it, afer that pairing.

In one or some of the threads is explained that it sometimes works as you first reset it as in the manual (until it flashes), then switch it off, set homey to pairing and then just switch it on.
And of course as already mentioned by @Marcel_Ubels: do it very close to Homey.
