Unable to add Sonos devices

Hello,

When I want to add my Sonos devices (my own acount) I get an “Unexpected error” message on my Homey Pro. This account used to work on my Homey Cloud some years ago. But then I left Homey and deleted the account. But I’m back to use Homey.

When I add an other Sonos account it works just fine on my current Homey Pro. So the problem it is not the Homey or the Sonos app.

Any idea what the problem could be? And how it could be solved?

Regards,
Bastian

Can you check in the Sonos account, do they show active integrations and can you remove old Homey Authorisations?

I have the same issue since a week.

@Dijker. Maybe is’t possible to show the integrations but I did not find it.
My plan was to reset all my devices and add them to a new Sonos account I created. But I made a stupid mistake and added them to the old account that did not work. BUT it’s possible to move your Sonos devices to a/my new account. I did that and it works fine now.

Maybe a transfer to a new account will help you HenriDO. You will lose all music settings. And it takes a while for all devices to showup.
