Unable to add more than 3 devices without subscription?

Hi all

I have with no luck for the last 3 months created numerous support tickets regarding this issue, so perhaps I have more luck here: I can suddenly only add up to 3 devices on my homey bridge - the 4th will get a lock prompting me for subscription. Are there no longer up to 5 devices included without subscription?

I can imagine that virtual devices, and possibly even groups, also count towards that limit of 5.

Thank you for sharing. I dont have any groups or anything else - only 3 aqara devices and 1 that I cant add :slight_smile:

In that case, support needs to fix your issue.

Yes that was also my fear since I never hear back from them…

Try to install something else, which doesn’t need a physical device, like devices for Spotify or K(N)MI;
If that succeeds, the Aqara device or zigbee controller is the problem, and not the 5-device limit.

Good idea - I just tried to add Denon infrared and same issue - everything above 3 devices are locked. So focus on my request is more: How on earth do I get Homey support to reply to my tickets?! I even answered two newsletter mails and got some reply that they will help - without any result.

As far as I know they don’t respond to any support requests by email.

A long shot: maybe restarting the Homey cloud instance helps.
Quickest way: temporary change the language. This generates a restart.
