If I have two locations with a vpn tunnel between. Should I buy secondary Homey Pro or bridge on the second site?
Can presences work on this setup for both locations?

Presence only works with separate Homey’s for the locations.
So that make’s you can’t use a Bridge as Satelite of your first Homey Pro.
To choose between a Homey Service and a Bridge or a Pro for your Summerhouse is just what you need there. The “Limmited” set of Official Apps for Homey (+ Bridge) or everything you now have on Community apps? Just check the table online on the bottom of the page:
