Wondering if someone can help me…
I am using both Tuya Cloud and Tuya direct control, that latter due to issues with the cloud at times
I’ve just set up a new device and while it seemingly finds it correctly (no exclamation) and matches my key etc it doesn’t actually seem to change the state
Other devices appear to work fine
Similarly, the device does not respond to the cloud version either
It does however respond to the smart life app and Alexa no issues…
Anyone got any advice on further troubleshooting?
