Hi everyone, just wanted to share this tip if other users are having problems configuring the Tuya Cloud app in Homey.
I kept getting different random errors on configuring the app, even after checking and resetting in the Tuya developer mode, it seemed like my Data center settings were conflicted but it turns out to be just an error in the format of the “country phone prefix” you have to enter in Homey.
You must enter only the 2 country digits and not add double zero or + sign. The app shows no error on inputting for example 0032 for Belgium in this field but it will give you multiple fault codes leading you to bellieve the problem is the Tuya Data Center settings.
