Turn off security notifications when at home

Everytime my front door opens I get this notification. Can I turn it off if I am at home? This is not from a flow.

You need to provide a litte more information…
If its not from a flow:

  • what devices do have monitoring that door?
  • What apps do you use to link that device to homey?
  • Did you link that device to any other apps (like heimdall)

This does not look like a message “just generated by homey”
If its not a flow, probably you switched it on yourself.in an app.

In the mobile app: Settings - Timeline - Security. Uncheck push notifications. Don’t think you can change it with a flow

I have a Yale Doorman L3S and an IKEA Parasol door sensor I added recently. I don’t think any of these are causing the notification, but rather the recent update I got related to the critical notifications. I could be wrong.

Yes, this is the solution I had before, but I was afraid of not receiving other notifications that I do want to get.

Critical notifications is a new flowcard you can use:

It will indeed stop all critical security notificatioms.
If I understand well you just want this one to stop.

If you do not use this device in many flow, consider to remove them one by one and see when the notification stop…

Correct. I don’t want to receive push notification for security category when I am at home. I still want to receive them when I am away. I think it is easier to just turn off push notification for security and create flows to trigger them when I am not at home.
