I did a reboot the the two were working. The one who is not working is the closes to the Hub

After update of what?
You published the post in the Apps category, which might suggest that it’s about the Shelly app, but for me it’s still not clear, sorry. Because so many questions are asked in the wrong categories.
And if it’s about the Shelly app, then you should describe your problem in the dedicated app topic anyway: [APP][Pro&Cloud] Shelly
Please let me know which update you are talking about.

Yeah, there’s someting off / odd with the app update timestamps as it seems.
The app store now says ‘updated 2 days ago’, which will be @ Aug. 26th;
This corresponds with your screenshot of the app update @Paul_Planje
The changelog however, as @DirkG most probably referred to, says it’s updated @ Aug 23rd…

Because the changelog mentioned zwave updates, it’s possible a bug has been introduced.

So the problem started after the Shelly app update?
Is working again beside of taking everything off from power wait 10min the next day everything was working.
