I not use FH-Hub after i disconnected Charge from it.
I can not connect Homey to FH Charger, follow the steps in set up, Charger blinks green, and nothing happens, after a bit i got “Time out error”.
So something works, to a step, but crashes.

By using FH app and hub to trigger the zigbee; [APP][Pro] Futurehome SDCO Smoke and CO-detector - #38 by Thies
But I dont get it to work..
I have two chargers, and none of them works this with. I have had the homey half a meter away from it, but nothing helps.
My steps;
What to do? Just try again and it will work at some time?
Im also wondering about that.
It’s nice to know if the alarm will trigger all the smoke detectors if the hub is down for any reason.
If a flow is absolutely needed I think I have to change to “dummer” smoke detectors. another solution is to by a UPS just for homey hub.
@Doekse Any status on the water leakage sensor as well? I have added it as a generic z-wave device, and below is the information i get from it. Is there anything I can do to help with the integration? I’m new to Homey, but if you can point me in the right direction I’m happy to have a look at it.

We still need a physical device sample before we can proceed with the integration. We’re in touch with Elektroimportøren to see if they have any devices lying around that we can use.
Problem is that these sensors haven’t been on sale for a long long time.
Eldirekte has them Futurehome Vannlekkasjesensor Z-Wave | ELdirekte
Thanks for the lead! We’ll have a look
In the mean time I made an app that’s in testing now: FuturehomeWaterLeakSensor | Homey . It’s not perfect as I’m new to Homey, but it seems to work ok. I guess it will be replaced in the official app eventually anyway, but at least the water sensor can be used in automations now.
We’ve ordered samples through ELdirekte, so support will be added to the official app soon! Great to see the community has already created an app in the meantime ![]()
Could this issue be every one that is using a homey bridge? Just wondering, since I also have this problem, and using a bridge to communicate withe the charge. I have tried everything that I can think of, but only getting Bluetooth error when I use the charge setup.
I bought a Homey Pro in case the issue was bridge.
It was not.
Ok. Thanks for clarifying this ![]()
Also tried many times adding and removing the futurehome “charge setup” and made connection there, but as soon as I try to start the Zigbee pairing I only get a timeout, bluetooth connection failure etc.
I have also put the Bridge extremely close too the charger. Aprox 0,5m away from the charger. Still struggles to start the pairing
Anyone solved this yet?
As you maybe have not got it fixed yet. I can finally tell you after tears, sweat and alot of frustration - that I finally made it work. I’ll go over what finally fixed this
So my worry is that possibly the “Charge Setup” sends the wrong signals or in some other way is rejected by anything else than Futurehome HUB maybe. I honestly don’t know
Can also let you know that I perfectly managed to start and stop the charging in the Homey App after this and could put the Homey Pro hub way farther away and still make it work perfectly
If anyone need the Futurehome HUB if you have already sold it, traded it in for the Homey or just lost it. Let me know and you can happily borrow mine to do the pairing
And if anyone actually tries this. Good luck! ![]()
Yeah, tried that a few weeks ago. And again now, does not work here ![]()
Hello. I recently bought a Home Pro device. I have had FutureHome for 2 years, but decided to not opt in for the subscritpion (and that is when I bought the Homey Pro).
I have 9 floor temepratures devices, water relay and the power meter. Without any warning, all devices got a red triangle and were not possible to operate. Further, when I tried to restart the FutureHome app in the Homey Pro app, it says that the app is not installed. Ended up uninstalling and now re-installed the FutureHome app.
How can I get the devices added back in to Homey app now? Is there a way to do this without going via FutureHome app in Homey?
I have tried everything, and I mean everything several times! I’m pretty frustrated… Could it be a software issue in the charger? Why are some people getting this paired, and others not? What ever I do, charger it’s not pairing with homey. Do anyone of you have anything different showing in the overview of systemdata?
How far away from the charger are you putting the Futurehome hub?
I had to litteraly put my hub outside the house directly under the charger to start the pairing from the futurehome hub. When pairing was started after countless tries to put it closer, trying both wifi and zigbee. WiFi was what worked first for me, then I changed connection and went for zigbee right after and that worked for me. Rest of the instructions i have already described above
Thanks for replying… I took the hub out in my garage, just a few feet from the charger. I also tried to first connect to WiFi then zigbee.. Not connecting to Homey, after I “start” pairing or changing connection type to zigbee. Starting this, and just disconnect the cable for the futurehome hub. If I leave the cables in the hub, the charger connect right away to futurehome hub. No problem there. It’s just homey it would not connect to. I’m also have the homey a couple of feet from the charger. I’m clueless now… All of my other futurehome devices has paired up to homey straight away. Even the HAN sensor.
Hei,
Did you figure out the Bluetooth command? And how did you get it? . I know how to send Bluetooth commands to it, but would love to know this.
