Transfer from Futurehome to Homey Pro

The HAN-sensor is the one we are working on next, we have just received a power meter with HAN port so we can actually connect and power up the device!

Amazing work guys. Will have to try and move my Homey closer to the charger myself then, and try again

Just want to say that the FH charger is working fine. I also use the FH Han sensor added as Develco Norwegian HAN. FH Mode button also works great. Thanks for the great work.

Hey, does the futurehome zigbee module for Yale V2N work?

Hi Reidar!

Thank you for interesting info.

I have tried to add my HAN-device (holding the reset-button in 15 sec first), but I am not able to add it.

How did you add your device?

Try moving the Homey real close to the HAN device, when added successfully you can move the Homey back in place. If distance is too long for Zigbee to cover, you can try to put a Zigbee range extender or a Zigbee light bulb (Ikea?) between the Homey and the HAN device. By the way, I see that there is a update of the Homey FH app today, 1.7.0 which support FH Han sensor. Could be worth trying?

Hi, any plans to add support of Futurehome Zwave water leakage sensor?

We haven’t gotten our hands on a sample for integration purposes yet. So not for now.

Hi. I am having no luck at all connecting the Charge to Homey.

Charge setup finds it no problem, but no matter what i do i allways get «Timeout after 1000ms» error.

I have also tried connecting it again to the FH-hub(who pairs it with zigbee within seconds), but that still does not make a differens in Homey.

I have reset the Homey bridge, reset zigbee and changed wifi channels etc. Still only «timeout). All my other zigbee-items pair no problem.

What am i doing wrong?

I have the same problem, I’ve even moved my Homey on top of my two FH Chargers and I only get the same Time out error. Tried power off and on the Chargers also, no luck so far…

I was able to add it. If its not adding after the 15 seconds reset. Unplug the han sensor and plug it again. That worked for me.

Not tried it yet. But the Yale V2N futurehome module does not appear as a device in the app.

After several tries I was able to connect the future home car chargers. Not sure how they worked. Some points below that might help-

  1. Make sure your homey pro hub is close to the charger and also make sure you have good wifi coverage near the charger for the homey pro itself. I moved one of my mesh routers closer to the window next to the car charger
  2. When you press the zigbee pairing button on the ā€œcharge setupā€ there was no response from the app, but the car charger blinked green once. Then I went to actual ā€œchargeā€ setup.
  3. If you are stuck at the Bluetooth stage, remove the charger from the paired devices in your phone and connect again with the car charger. pin is 123456

Hope this steps help everyone

Awesome work!! This made it possible to transfer to Homey with ease.

Just a quick question with regards to the smoke detectors (battery), do we need to do anything with regards to the Z-wave associations/connections (ref https://support.futurehome.no/hc/en-no/articles/5151882011037-Z-wave-associations-connection) in order to make all alarms go off if the hub is down (but z-wave network is still working)

@drenso For the futurehome han sensor can we add the option in advanced settings- ā€œtracks total energy consumptionā€

Still nothing here.. No response on the charger when pressing the zigbee pairing button, only the timeout error after a few seconds.

Tried rebooting the charger, turning the electricity on and off, unpairing BT etc.

Did you try bringing the homey closer and ensuring there is good wifi. I temporarily moved a router closer to the charger and it worked. Good luck

Yup.

Tried everything it feels like.

Homey and Charge are only a few meters apart, even tried placing Homey on and around Charge with no result. Wifi-coverage is excellent.

Charger blink Green.

Time out error.

Have restart Hub, charger, Bluetooth.

No connection only Time out error

Have you figured it out? I am not able to.. Either with the version where you start zigbee by FH app, or this way. Nothing seems to work…. Is there any real step-by-step?

Can you connect through FH hub in any other ways? Because that i have done quite few times…..
