Training AI for Eufy S380 and the e220 pan & tilt Cams

Continuing the discussion from [APP][Pro] Eufy Security:

Good day. Forgive me I am new to the forum. I have been reading the posts but have not seen anything like this question, maybe I am on the wrong thread. Can you advise if there as a way to train the AI in the S380 and the e220 pan & tilt, and the E340 Floodlight Camera? I continually get notices of false targets. The indoor cameras get stuck on a lamp or a wall hanging. I respond that this is not a person over and over but it continues to falsely identify. The outdoor camera constantly hits on a bush in the back yard. I have reduced the range of the detection to where it isn’t useful. Anything?

Can you tel me What it has to do with Homey and / or The Homey App [APP][Pro] Eufy Security ?

Guess this is something Off-Topic here and can only be fixed by Eufy or better asked on a Eufy Forum?
