After the update of 28 of June, the Tradfri amp produces the error: no response, ensure it has power. The is on.
Reboot of Homey and the App has no effect.
Homey Pro 2019.
Remove and add has resolved this. Lucky I have only one device with 3 flows. Do-able. 
Probably re-pairing it (without removal prior to it) would have helped as well.
