Potentially a dumb question but matter is still maybe confusing me a bit.
I see this smart light switch at Best Buy and it appears to be Matter over WiFi. Does that mean it will work with Homey without an app or additional hub?
I did not see this model under the Tapo app which makes me question myself. Not sure if it isn’t listed because it won’t work or because it doesn’t need to be on the list since it is matter certified?
It should work without an app. But possibly not all (custom) functionality is supported out of the box.

Oh, Homey mini is advertised as Matter 1.3 compatible
However, some apps do support certain Matter devices, to enable custom Matter functionality.

Thanks all I am concerned about is if it will turn on and off.
I had looked at that first picture before but did not see switches which led to the question.
I was starting to lean the Homey Pro, so it should still work as that falls under 1.2?
