AFAIK you can’t configure it on Homey directly, so the only option that you may have is hope that the DHCP-server in your network will provide Homey with an NTP-server address (however, given that Homey at least partially ignores DNS-servers passed through DHCP, it may also ignore NTP-options and use a hardcoded server instead).
