THIRDREALITY multi function nightlight won’t pair

Hi

I’m hoping to get some help with a pairing issue. I currently have 4 Thirdreality nightlights active and paired instantly. Today I decided to add 2 more and when I hit the add device button it’s telling to put the unit in pairing mode and it does nothing. Same thing on both devices. Here’s what I’ve done thus far:

  1. Tried to pair 20 times
  2. Restated my Homey pro hub and Thirdreality app
  3. Tried to pair them directly to the Thirdreality mobile app and they paired fine. To determine if they were defective.
  4. Tried both Zigbee and Matter through Homey app and it failed with Matter as undiscovered and just kept prompting me for pairing mode through Zigbee
  5. Search the forum for information (no luck)
  Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Seems to be Matter only.
How can you pair them with your phone?
Is it Matter-over-wifi?

Honestly, I was trying anything at the end and I realized they were Matter devices. They pair instantly through the Thirdreality app. The 4 I installed last week paired instantly through Homey.

Maybe a factory reset of the 2 “unwilling” lights might help.

I’ve tried several times. I have 2 more of them arriving from Amazon. We’ll see what happens.
