I didn’t buy the bridge, but can open/close and see status in homey! ![]()
For everybody that also want to add tedee to Homey without a bridge, here is how i did this:
- Create a virtual device ‘lock’ in homey
- Connected the tedee lock to Apple Home with HomeKit (this is possible without bridge)
- Synced my virtual device ‘lock’ to HomeKit
- Added four automations in HomeKit:
-
- if virtual device is closed, close tedee lock
- If virtual device is opened, open tedee lock
- If tedee lock is closed, close virtual device
- If tedee lock is opened, open tedee lock
