Tapo plug P115 not working properly

Tapo TP link P 115 Wifi socket.

Does not show power (W) in Homey. From time to time, it is not possible to turn it on or off from Homey.

From the Tapo app on the phone, everything works fine.

Have you tried it with the community app already?
Bonus: it doesn’t need internet/cloud

I did try it our. It was not able to find any of my plugs though.
