Does anyone know if you can also use the power measurment in a Logical with a Tapo P115? I am currently using the INNR240 where you can indicate if the power has changed AND logic #power is greater than XX. I wonder if this is also possible with the Taco P115. Thanks in advance

If the Tapo P115 provides power measurement then of course.
Both Tapo Apps (Official and Community) provide a corresponding flow card according the info in App Store:

I saw that but can you also see how many. If power has changed can mean only on/off.
The flow card The power changed is automatically available, if the device supports the capability measure_power (Watt). So it doesn’t have something to do with on/off.
On/off uses the boolean capability onoff and there are additional flow cards available for this:
How exactly and how often the power values are sent depends on the device and its configuration.
Example: I have an INNR SP120 in use which only transmits a power value every 30 seconds.
However, as I don’t use a Tapo P115 myself, I have no information on this.
