For the webhook I found the settings but how do I do it practically? I delete the logs now I set it on webhook and then I send a request to the thermostats and I see what comes in the logs?

Yep, that’s it. The list updates in realtime as message come in, so you can just monitor it to see if temperature changes are being notified and how often. Or you could close the view, make changes, and then go back to view it as the message are stored for some time.

I’m not sure how often the thermostats / hub publish the temperature, so you might find that Matter has the same issue.

Just cleared the logs out it in webhook and send command from tado to switch bot, homey app of switchbot still installed but nothing enters the log I will keep an eye on it and tomorrow inwill try to install directly to hub via matter

Ok after reading some more I restarted the app on homey to see if this would reestablish connection. Now I got some logs but for me it seems it cannot authenticate somewhere:

Could you select then Repair option in the device settings and enter your credentials again to see if that fixes it.

tried a few times yesterday enter the credentials and it seems to accept. next time i ope thermostat or a redo the logs it immediately says invalid token again.

Also tried by just opening dev menu in the Actual switch bot app. i read this could help sometimes then repair again in homey but also doesn’t work, also made sure I wasn’t logged in via google or other third party login method on both apps. because read this could also give issues but no success. I also read something about resetting the app completly and adding everything again. this one i havent tried.

FYI I also tried to add the mini hub via matter to homey but it can’t find the device :S COuld this be because all other devices are already connected via the switchbot app in Homey? and do i first have to delete this maybe? If i have to do the reset app method it might be interesting to just delete it and then first try via matter :smiley:

No, the app is completely independent of Mater and you should be able to have the device in Homey via both at the same time.

Tried to reset as well as fully remove and add the app and devices but doesn’t seem to work.

The strange thing is it is only the temperature indication of the current temperature that doesn’t work. For the rest if I set new temperatures it works.

So in theory I can work with this, it is just annoying that your are never sure if the current temperature is correct in homey.
