Hi,
I have 15 tado valves for 4 years now and I have a workflow that sets the tempature to 21C if anybody puts it higher than 21C.
Now I get in Homey the message that all workflow stop working due to a refresh token who is invalid.
I mailed tado, but they said they dont support Homey.
Has anybody else this problem?
Repair one of the devices. This starts a re-authentication process.
Longpress device tile > Maintenance > Try to repair
Hi Peter (or anyone else), you might know this one as well perhaps. I’m clicking maintenance but it redirects me to https://auth.tado.com/oauth/authorize. That link gives a 410 error however. So I’m stuck, not able to refresh the token.
Any clue?
To me it looks like a tado side issue, because when just opening the link, it returns a 400
Do you use the tado app or tadoZones app for Homey?
Ah thanks. I use the official Tado app. Not sure what to do. Switching means altering all my flows…
Well, you can install the tadoZones app alongside the tado app without a problem.
This way you can test the latter, without breaking the original flows.
But, the problem seems to be with the tado servers, not Homey or Homey tado apps.
Thanks again. I’ll create a ticket @Tado, let’s see what comes up. No immediate rush, because it’s still summer… but Zones might be worth to test in a few weeks
