So, sustained values is a godsend feature but I found it bugs out with the Philio PST-02B multisensor. It triggers on other flow cards like “luminance changed”, but not “greater than X for X seconds”. Any idea what’s going on and how do one contact Homey support?
When did you test the sustained value flow? If the luminance was already greater than 5 lux, it won’t trigger.
You first have to wait for the luminance to get under the 5 lux threshold before the card to trigger the flow. The sustained card only triggers once and only when the luminance gets (becomes) above the 5 lux threshold.
If you want the flow to trigger continuously when the luminance is above 5 lux then you’d better use the sustained values card provided by the Device Capabilities app. That also offers more options.
It’s been running (brokedly) for days, with real world values from the previous flows that worked fine. I also tested with temperature from the same sensor, and saw the same fault.
Luninance and sustained values work fine with a Fibaro sensor.
There are many other ways to achieve the same functionality, but this is a bug report for sustained values.
