Sunrise/Sunset/Daylight Simulator

I’m hoping to build a flow or series of flows that manages light from my Govee COB Lightstrip throughout the day. Here’s what I’m hoping to do:

I will be controlling these flows with an App Presence “And” so they don’t run at all if I’m not home. I’ll also be controlling the specific light with an Aqara FP300 presence sensor so that aside from the “sunrise” and “sunset” light shows, the light will only turn on when my sensor-based presence is detected. But when it does turn on, it should turn on to the appropriate values based on time of day.

Flows I think I need:

Sunrise - Turn light on at lowest brightness and reddest color. Shift from red to orange to warmest white and brighten to max of 20%. Slowly fade off.

Daylight Tracking - Use Adaptive Lighting or Circadian Lighting app to adjust brightness and color temp settings in the background throughout the day.

Presence Tracking - Use Aqara FP300 to detect local presence and turn light on/off. When light turns on, it should match circadian values.

Sunset - Perform sunset light show with light shifting from warm white to orange/red/pink/purple to simulate a beautiful sunset then turn off and set temperature/brightness values to “evening” settings for post-sunset presence enabling.

Night - Set color/brightness values to warmest/dimmest settings for overnight “nightlight” mode triggered by local presence.

I’m not sure how to best program the sunrise/sunset light shows to be smooth and not-disco-like. I’m also not sure how to leverage either the Adaptive Lighting or Circadian Lighting apps to handle the background circadian tracking. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

These apps might work:
