Stuck in setup mode (Pulsating blue)

Hi,

Since yesterday my Homey (Early 2023) has been stuck in what appears to be setup mode (Led ring pulsating blue)
I haven’t done anything to put it in setup mode, and I am not able to get it out of setup mode (Pull the power a few seconds)

I have no access to the homey from either app or web.

What should I do?

A pull the plug is: powerless for about 10 minutes.
And if that doesn’t help.
