Start up macbook when i sit at the desk

I am looking for a way to start/wake my macbook when i sit at my desk. For example:

When i pull out my chair (with a doorsensor) or when the zone becomes active (with a motion sensor or aqara fp2)

But do you guys know how i can do it maybe by using a webhook or by using a smart outlet.

I just want to make the flow that when i sit at my desk/going to my desk that the lights turn on and off when needed and that my screens wake up simultaneously
