Sonoff dual r3 lite

Hi, does anyone know how to control the dual r3 lite from sonoff? i tryed some commands in homey advanced flow but i couldnt control it.

Tnx for help!.

Which app are you using and is it supported by that app?

I can’t find a Homey app that supports this module “out of the box.”
However, as this is a Wi-Fi device, the only possible Homey app that supports Sonoff Wi-Fi devices would be the official eWeLink Homey app. But this app only seems to support single switches, not double switches.
That’s why I suspect that this module was added just as a “generic device.” And generic devices must be addressed via the API, I guess:

More information on this can be found on the following website:

However, you can also try to contact the app developers and ask if they would be willing to add this device to the Homey eWeLink app. The contact email address can be found in the Homey App Store:

Hi , the devices normally controlled by the eWeLink and you can add it in Homey so the device shows up but you Cannot control it.

Best regards

i see if i can get an answer from the developer :+1:

I understood the problem. I also assumed that the device had to be added in this way, as this is the usual procedure for devices that need to be connected to Homey via the cloud.
But the question remains if it is added as a generic device or not!?

okay, you mean directly to homey without passing ewelink cloud?

No. As far as I understand, the SONOFF DUALR3 Lite is, as the name already suggests, a 2 channel relay device, right?
But the Homey eWeLink app just supports the following devices:

No 2 channel relay device is listed… :man_shrugging:

So if you are able to add the SONOFF DUALR3 Lite, it will probably be added as a Generic Device. And according to the information in the Homey App Store, only the following Flow cards are available for generic devices:

If you hoover with the cursor over the :information_source: in the flow cards, the following info will be shown, as already posted and mentioned:

In the documentation I linked above, you will find further information on how to receive data from SONOFF DUALR3 Lite (When… Flow cards) or send data to the SONOFF DUALR3 Lite (Then… Flow cards), e.g. to switch the relays.
However, since I have no knowledge of the API, I can’t tell you how these parameters should be specified.

okay, and no 2 channel relay is listed i know, i tryed some of the commands anyway but with no respond from the unit, like the screen dump, i have send a question to developer to see what they can do.

That is what “not supported” implies
