Hello there. I’m new at homey. I just imported all my Sonoff devices using eWelink integration (74 devices like Smart Plugs, Wall light switches, sensors and more) I map them to all the zones and now I can’t control any of them. I see the message “The device is working fine. But it can’t be controlled. What I’m missing ?
What device gives that message? It’s normal for buttons/remotes (since button presses can only be used in a Flow).
I think he means this message when you open the device tile. This is an example of a Zigbee scene remote. Controlling the device is purely flowcard based (e.g. when left button is pressed once then…).
However, devices that have actual control / sensors should of course show up in the device’s tile.
Maybe contact the developers? See this topic: [APP] eWeLink - Works with everything
mostly light and switches. I expect to turn them on/off directly, not only in a flow. I mean like I actually do in eWelink app or Home Assistant. I’m wrong ?
So you use the eWeLink CUBE system? This cannot be added to Homey AFAIK. I also set one up recently, it might be possible to build a Homey app for it.
No, I’m not using eWelink CUBE, just the eWelink phone and web App
But this is eWeLink CUBE (CAST dashboard), right?
If you connected it to the eWeLink mobile app and it still doesn’t show correctly, you should report it to the Homey app developer
I already did it. No response. I’m the only one using Sonoff/eWelink devices ?
