Does the new official eWeLink app also support NSPanel???
Yes, according to the app store ![]()
But, I’ve seen that statement before, and always there’s a catch…
So, to be sure, you can contact the app developer by sending them an email message, as mentioned at the same homey.app store page.
There’s a catch-y tagline ![]()
It doesn’t state is should actually be true ![]()
Sounds like certain marketing statements of a particular company ![]()

I have a zigbee temp humidity sensor that according to specs in compatible with ewelink but I can’t add it. No new devices found via the ewelink app in homey.
I can add it via Tuya but then it’s an unknown device that is showing in Homey
That means it’s not supported by Homey.
Did you try the Sonoff Zigbee app as well? Worth a shot.
Else, you can request for support with the Ewelink app developer; contact info is present at the app page @ homey.app store.
How would you like to use the panel with Homey? I’d be happy to check with the SONOFF/eWeLink team to see if integration is possible, just let me know what you’re hoping to do! ![]()
As for the subtitle, that’s actually their official motto, as you can see here ![]()
I got a contact with Ewelink support. They explained me it’s only working with Homey Cloud. conclusion: useless app.
Hmmm… so far for “works with everything"
The app store page contradicts the response of support, see screenshot.
I also have never heard of “Homey Cloud only" apps
2nd, can you respond to @Doekse please? He’s an Athom employee trying to help
Sonoff zigbee allows me to add it as an unknown device.
The integration, as shown on the App Store page, works with both Homey Cloud and Homey Pro. Since it operates over the cloud, there may be some confusion on eWeLink’s side. I’ll follow up with them to clarify.
This means it supports eWeLink devices when paired with an eWeLink Zigbee hub. The hub connects to the eWeLink Cloud, which then communicates with Homey. Since Zigbee itself doesn’t have internet access, it can’t connect to the cloud directly.
You can also try the official SONOFF app, which supports a wide range of SONOFF Zigbee devices. If your device isn’t working there, you can use the support link on their App Store page (or the GitHub repo) to request support for your specific model.
Hi!
Do you have any idea how to look for every device in Homey Pro what is in my Ewelink app and account? More than the half is missing and can not find new device, and I have no idea. I make them work via Alexa, but I want to skip that, as that app is not stable at all
