Somfy kit de connectivité

Bonjour, je suis novice dans la mise en place de la Homey.
J’ai des volets roulants io somfy que j’arrive Ă  programmer via un kit de connectivitĂ© somfy.
Par contre je n’arrive pas à connecter l’ensemble à ma Homey.
Est-ce normal? Sinon que faut-il faire s’il vous plaüt?
Je vous en remercie par avance car je suis vraiment perdue :disappointed:

Somfy iO est un format propriĂ©taire et fermĂ© que le constructeur a volontairement voulu compatible avec le moins de solutions standards possibles, c’est assez typiquement le genre de produit qu’il ne faudrait pas acheter. Le Somfy RTS en revanche est compatible Homey directement.
Sinon, il existe bien une solution pour le Somfy iO, il faut passer par une Somfy TaHoma Box, je vous conseille de chercher dans cette direction, notamment sur le présent forum (et bien entendu surtout aussi sur la partie anglophone)!

But is the Somfy Tahoma and Connexoon app enough, or do you also need the physical Somfy Tahoma box? / Mais est-ce que la Somfy Tahoma and Connexoon app est suffisant, ou il faut aussi la box physique Somfy Tahoma?

Hello, as-tu en possession la TaHoma box ou la TaHoma switch? Car de mon cĂŽtĂ©, j’ai la TaHoma box, connectĂ©e Ă  ma box wifi, et la Homey pro reconnaĂźt bien mes volets (qu’ils soient en RTS ou en IO, car j’ai les 2 technologies chez moi)
normalement c’est relativement simple

Sorry for the English as my French is not good. The app will also work with the Somfy Connectivity kit, which I think is mentioned in the post?

I have got the tamoha switch also. But I can not reach to connect my shutters. It ask me a key and I think I have to connect by homey but I don’t know how to do.

When you add a device in the Homey app for the first time it will ask you to log in to your Somfy account. There you need to enter your Somfy username and password, which is the same as when you connected the Tahoma Switch to Somfy.

Oui le kit de connectivitĂ© fonctionne pour les volets IO avec l’application Somfy Tahoma mais, Ă  mon souvenir, il faut sĂ©lectionner "Velux roller shutter(io) lors de l’installation et non "volet roulant (io & Zigbee). J’ai 4 volets IO qui fonctionnent.

GĂ©rard, je vous remercie pour votre aide. Effectivement avec cette information, l’ensemble de mes volets se sont bien connectĂ©s Ă  ma homey.
Je vais enfin pouvoir l’utiliser correctement.
