I am new to Homey Pro Mini. I should be getting it in the mail by Monday. I have solar Enphase and use Dominion Energy. Will they work with Homey Pro Mini and are they difficult to add and do I need any other equipment?

Can’t help you with your question though as I don’t have the device or service you mention, my tip is to search the forum and homey.app site for Enphase, I’m sure you’ll find something.
There is a Enphase app for Solarpanels, so that works.
Your Homey should work on any energy, even if its from Dominion Energy. But i guess that’s not your question ? 
What kind of support or flows would you like to create that’s specific to Dominion Energy ?

- I am so new to this, I have not even received the homey system. Should be in on Tuesday. If I find the Dominion energy app what would I be able to do with it. I would like to be able to see were my money is going for my electricity. Would it be worth having an app?
Then you don’t need a specifc Dominion energy app, just a device to monitor your energy usage.
How depends partly on where you live, in Holland we have ‘smart meters’ and you can attach a P1 meter. Whitch will report you Gas an Power usage..
Then you can use either Homeys Energy or a add-on app like PBTH…
