The fibaro door sensors keep having anti theft alarm on.
I want to create a flow to force switching it to off without out removing that functionality…
Could it be done with homeyscript?

If you mean with “anti theft alarm” the tamper alarm, I guess that it’s not possible.
The reason is, because there is no capability available to turn off the tamper alarm, only to adjust the cancellation delay and if the cancellation has to be reported or not.
If there would be a possibility to deactivate the tamper function, this would be possible with a raw configuration within a flow. However, one problem would be that the sensor would have to be woken up manually for this or it would take until the WakeUp interval wakes up the sensor automatically. Depending on the settings, this could take several hours.
