The measure setting is the one on the bottom “Measure Temperature”.
You can choose how many digits you like for the value, there are no limits (well, the Homey build-in limits) about the measured value.
The first three settings are used for the “Target Temperature”, which means the temperature you choose when adjusting the thermostat.
You can limit the range with these settings:
“Minimum”: the lowest temperature you can set
“Maximum”: the highest temperature you can set
“Step”: 0.1 means you can set the temperature in steps of 0.1°
Other settings can be 0.5° or 1° for instance.
As you can see, and try for yourself, the min. is -100° and max. is 200°
But a regular thermostat will operate somewhere between 5° and 25°
