I’m using a Schwager RGBW E27 Zigbee bulb but it seems, that this device isn’t supported by homey. It’s only possible to switch it on but it’s not possible to change the color. Can someone help me?

Schwaiger should be same as Qubino.
I would try the Qubino app to pair the devices
