Samsung TV2

Since a few weeks I cannot turn off my Samsung TV, while turning on still works.

Is there something that needs adjusted to let it work again?

We’re not clairvoyant here :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:
Which of the 15 Samsung apps are you referring to?
Which app version?
Which Homey model?
Which TV model?

And most important, try to remember what changed a few weeks ago, like updates (wifi router/app/Homey), because most probably it’s the cause.

Some Homey apps do provide for logs to view, it can show useful info.

Thanks, I do not see 15 Samsung TV apps, but it is probably something my end. For your reference I’m talking about Samsung SmartTV v2.1.0

The latest update I have done in the environment is updating Homey, which is often stupid decision as they do not provide rollback options.

Further nothing is changed!!!

I only meant to point out there’s often more than one app, so it’s a good idea to specify right away
It looks like it’s about this app

Please use the app topic, as mentioned @ homey.app store app page, in future posts. The developer gets informed as well that way.

Firmware updates can influence anything of course, but most probably not the issue you reported.
You can rollback when you create an offline backup with a Pro 23.
I always advice to

  • never update blindly/automatically
  • when a new version is published, check forum/socials for fw / app update related issues
  • create offline backup prior to updating

I agree with your point about the lack of easy rollback functionality.
The offline backup/restore path is the easiest for now.
