Ring Gen 2 internal Camera no live view and not truning on lights

Hi

I have connect my internal ring camera via the app. by Danne de Kruyff

I do not get video previews with these camera. Door Bell and other type of ring cameras both give live view but not the Gen 2’s

Second i set a simple when motion detected and after sun set turn on hue light and some for off when motion not detected for 20 seconds. Both run and work in the test but niether work in real life.

Any help much appricatied

I am using the Ring Gen 2 camera Indoor Camera – Ring so should work i guess but the test works but not when i try to walk infront of camera nothing happens
