Hi Rein,

If I understand you correctly, when using the Surveillance Mode trigger at app level (the first 2 flows) the setting of the Virtual Device is handled correctly.

But it doesn’t work when using the Surveillance Mode trigger from your basestation it doesn’t work, am I right?

Could you please remove the condition card (En…) and see if the Virtual Device get’s set? I want to establish if the trigger isn’t working or the condition is the cause.

(I have no option of testing it myself right now, so hence the question if you can test that)

I did the test and without a condition (en) it is working for Basestation and Keyboard
