That’s unfortunate, and your problem doesn’t really sound app related as you’ve tried so many thing to fix this. But let’s give it a try.
- Do you have any unusual network configuration, such as a Pi-hole or similar devices?
- Have you tried all steps from this post: Ring Doorbell, Camera and Alarm support for Homey - #4 by DaneedeKruyff (I think you have, but just to be sure)
- Do you use any (very) unusual characters in your password (characters such as ` ’ " § ± etc)
- Which specific Doorbell do you have?
- Do you have multiple locations in your Ring account?
Can you please try this:
- Remove the Ring app
- Restart Homey
- Install the Ring app
- Add your Doorbell to the app
- Please check in the apps settings you’re properly authenticated (it will show an error when not)
- Send a Diagnostics Report from the app
