I’ve bought LED staircase lights from AliExpress, which are activated by a PIR sensor. I want to use a relay that is triggered by the motion sensor in the smoke detector instead.
Does anyone know what kind of signal a PIR sensor outputs when it is activated?
That is very dependend on the PIR you bought.
It can be anthing, zigbee zwave, wifi or a brand specific signal
Is the PIR wired or wireless?
Can you share the product link of the led strip?
Does it work with the Tuya or Smartlife phone app?
the ledstrip is not smart and just triggered from the PIR sensor (wired). i want to make it smart by using a relay insted of the pir sensor that comes with the product. i have now recived the product so i can easly test it when i get home.
