I believe you are not providing sufficient details, or even probably not asking any question.
Is it a < 2023 (2016/2018/2019) homey or a 2023 version? what did you already try to resolve this issue?

Homy spontaneously stopped working (light no longer came on).
After switching off and switching on power, the orange LED ring will turn and after a while it will turn steady red.
Turning it upside down doesn’t help any factory reset not possible.
