Rate limited on backups?

I have the same problem after updating.

I submitted a ticket but also found this on the site:
Note: If you get a rate limit error message, please try again when 1 hour has passed. If you get the same error, wait 24 hours, and try again.

I will try that in an hour, hope it will help but I think not. I check on my account all the backups seem valid and the last one was yesterday.

I tried al these steps and even more, but no result.
I made already two tickets but everytime the result is that Homey has a diagnostic report and will dive in to it but never comes back with a solution. I have the earlie 2019 and the 2023 but I ca not restore to the 2023 version because my backups are not reliable.

and after trying more then 3 times, it just syays it can not backup because already to many have been made today (checked it in the portal, non have been made during the testing).

After some days, suddenly one backup is completed but not sure that is to be trusted at all.
