Does anyone know how to backup files from Sd card to M.2 , am trying to upgrade my homey running RP5 from SD to M.2
any help would be appresiated

I understand that nobody wants to put in the effort anymore nowadays, but you’re asking a generic Raspberry Pi question that is much better answered in one of the many guides already out there than someone here rehashing their contents.
Google’s LLM gives me a basically ready-to-use guide on how to migrate data from an SD card to an NVMe drive on an RPi.
